Market Characterization. The goal of this subtask is to assess California's new construction and retrofit markets to determine the current and future market potential for high performance windows (including thin- glass triple-pane). • Update the strategy outlined in 2018 ACEEE Summer Study paper by Berkeley Lab to reflect the advancements in thin-triple IGU technology and changes in market conditions. • Identify market barriers, opportunities and long-term market cost of these technologies through engagement with leading window manufacturers, home builders, retrofitters, and with market pull partners such as building codes, utility rebate/incentive programs; builders targeting net zero and Passive House designs, and ENERGY STAR. • Conduct stakeholder surveys as necessary. • Conduct a market size estimate for residential building sector window retrofit opportunity • Define existing condition baselines for residential fenestration • Estimate current and forecasted market penetration • Characterize ability to deploy triple-pane windows in the retrofit market • Develop a Market Characterization and Residential Applications in California report summarizing the findings of the above sub-tasks. • Market Characterization and Residential Applications in California Report (draft and final)

Market Characterization. The goal of this task is to estimate the potential for market penetration and costs (including labor and materials) of load flexibility controls for heat pumps. • Collect data on current and projected future rate structures (e.g. time of use rates) for market rate and low-income residential customers in IOU territories. • Describe utility and grid operator goals and objectives for residential heat pump load flexibility controls, including magnitude of adoption required to achieve load shifting targets, and utility strategies to promote load shifting to residential customers (e.g. time of use rates, real-time price signals, demand response). • Estimate current and forecasted market penetration of heat pumps (both water heating and space conditioning) in new construction and retrofit residential housing. • Characterize typical installation locations, including whether the heat source is indoor or outdoor air. • Characterize ability to deploy load flexibility controls (current capabilities and feasibility and cost of retrofitting improved controls) among water heating and space conditioning heat pumps from a variety of manufacturers. • Prepare Market Characterization of Heat Pump Load Flexibility Controls for Residential Applications in California Report, which will include but not be limited to: o Description of current and projected utility rate structures for market rate and low- income residential customers o Grid operator goals and objectives for residential heat pump load flexibility controls o Current and forecasted market penetration of heat pumps, o Characterize typical installation locations and; o Characterize manufacturer capability to deploy heat pump load flexibility controls. • Market Characterization of Heat Pump Load Flexibility Controls for Residential Applications in California Report (draft and final)

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Methodology 1. The price at which the Assuming Institution sells or disposes of Qualified Financial Contracts will be deemed to be the fair market value of such contracts, if such sale or disposition occurs at prevailing market rates within a predefined timetable as agreed upon by the Assuming Institution and the Receiver. 2. In valuing all other Qualified Financial Contracts, the following principles will apply:

  • Calculation Any figure or percentage referred to in this Agreement shall be carried to seven decimal places.

  • Investment Analysis and Implementation In carrying out its obligations under Section 1 hereof, the Advisor shall: (a) supervise all aspects of the operations of the Funds; (b) obtain and evaluate pertinent information about significant developments and economic, statistical and financial data, domestic, foreign or otherwise, whether affecting the economy generally or the Funds, and whether concerning the individual issuers whose securities are included in the assets of the Funds or the activities in which such issuers engage, or with respect to securities which the Advisor considers desirable for inclusion in the Funds' assets; (c) determine which issuers and securities shall be represented in the Funds' investment portfolios and regularly report thereon to the Board of Trustees; (d) formulate and implement continuing programs for the purchases and sales of the securities of such issuers and regularly report thereon to the Board of Trustees; and (e) take, on behalf of the Trust and the Funds, all actions which appear to the Trust and the Funds necessary to carry into effect such purchase and sale programs and supervisory functions as aforesaid, including but not limited to the placing of orders for the purchase and sale of securities for the Funds.

  • Timeline Contractor must perform the Services and deliver the Deliverables according to the following timeline:

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer. The Union retains the right to grieve the legality of any imposition of random testing in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in this Collective Agreement.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Ensign Group shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include: 1. the name, address, phone number, and position description of the Compliance Officer required by Section III.A, and a summary of other noncompliance job responsibilities the Compliance Officer may have; 2. the names and positions of the members of the Compliance Committee required by Section III.A; 3. the names and positions of the members of the Board of Directors who are responsible for satisfying the Board of Directors compliance obligations described in Section III.A.3; 4. a copy of Ensign Group’s Code of Conduct required by Section III.B.1; 5. the number of individuals required to complete the Code of Conduct certification required by Section III.B.1, the percentage of individuals who have completed such certification, and an explanation of any exceptions (the documentation supporting this information shall be available to OIG upon request); 6. a summary of all Policies and Procedures required by Section III.B (copies of the Policies and Procedures shall be made available to OIG upon request); 7. the following information regarding each type of training required by Section III.C: a. a description of such training, including a summary of the topics covered, the length of sessions, and a schedule of training sessions; b. the number of individuals required to be trained, percentage of individuals actually trained, and an explanation of any exceptions. A copy of all training materials and the documentation supporting this information shall be made available to OIG upon request. 8. a description of the Disclosure Program required by Section III.E; 9. the following information regarding the IRO(s): (a) identity, address, and phone number; (b) a copy of the engagement letter; (c) information to demonstrate that the IRO has the qualifications outlined in Appendix A to this CIA; (d) a summary and description of any and all current and prior engagements and agreements between Ensign Group and the IRO; and (e) a certification from the IRO regarding its professional independence and objectivity with respect to Ensign Group; 10. a description of the process by which Ensign Group fulfills the requirements of Section III.F regarding Ineligible Persons; 11. a list of all of Ensign Group’s locations (including locations and mailing addresses); the corresponding name under which each location is doing business; the corresponding phone numbers and fax numbers; each location’s Medicare and state Medicaid program provider number and/or supplier number(s); and the name and address of each Medicare and state Medicaid program contractor to which Ensign Group currently submits claims; 12. a description of Ensign Group’s corporate structure, including identification of any parent and sister companies, subsidiaries, and their respective lines of business; and
