MARKETING DUTIES. Capital shall manage and supervise the marketing program. Capital shall establish and periodically review the residency agreement and if required, recommend changes thereof.
MARKETING DUTIESThe Agent shall immediately assume responsibility for all functions and services as described in the marketing plan submitted. Such responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: (i) development of and due diligence of rent-up occupancy goals; (ii) development of a month-by-month marketing plan; (iii) development of a budget for all labor and materials; (iv) development of marketing policies and procedures; (v) concept development and production coordination for collateral materials as well as print and broadcast (vi) hiring, training and supervision of employed staff and contract labor; (vii) informing the Owner of problems requiring adjustment to the marketing plan or goals; (viii) maintenance of marketing effort to stabilize occupancy once the Project is full. Marketing activities shall be coordinated with on-going operations once the Project is operational. Activities shall reflect a broad based effort including community networking, media use, and print pieces.
MARKETING DUTIES. Pursuant to the Original Agreement, Capital prepared and Owner approved a detailed and comprehensive marketing plan for the Facility during the lease-up phase ("Marketing Plan"). Prior to the Effective Date, Owner and Capital modified the Marketing Plan to incorporate all changes requested and approved by each of them. Capital agrees to implement, manage, coordinate and supervise the Marketing Plan. Capital shall be responsible for generating monthly statistical census analysis reports and delivering the same to Owner. At Owner's expense (unless otherwise expressly provided herein), Capital shall be responsible for the continued development, implementation and coordination of advertising and promotional materials, internal and external public relation programs, sales and staff development programs, and resident satisfaction programs. Capital shall be responsible for annually updating the Marketing Plan (to be approved by Owner in its reasonable discretion) based upon the Facility's yearly census program. A proposed draft of such updated annual Marketing Plan shall be delivered to Owner on or before November 15 of each calendar year (for the next calendar year), and Owner and Capital shall endeavor to agree upon such Marketing Plan on or before December 15 of such previous calendar year. Capital shall establish and periodically review the residency agreement approved by Owner and if required, recommend changes thereof, all of which changes must be approved by Owner in its reasonable discretion.
MARKETING DUTIESThe Agent shall immediately assume responsibility foe all functions and services as described in the marketing plan submitted. Such responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: (I) By the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, the Agent will furnish the Owner with an itemized list of all rent delinquencies as of the tenth (1Oth) day of the same month.
MARKETING DUTIESContractor shall perform all of the following: 2 1) Contractor shall suitably store all Recyclable Materials to protect against 3 theft, deterioration, contamination, fire, and other damage or off site impacts.

  • Manufacturing and Marketing Rights The Company has not granted rights to manufacture, produce, assemble, license, market, or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company's exclusive right to develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute, market, or sell its products.

  • Promotion and Marketing For the purpose of promotion and marketing, the Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the reproduction, disclosure and use by the Lenders and the Agent of its name, identifying logo and the Facilities. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lenders shall be entitled to determine, in their sole discretion, whether to use such information; that no compensation will be payable by the Lenders or the Agent in connection therewith; and that the Lenders and the Agent shall have no liability whatsoever to it or any of its employees, officers, directors, affiliates or shareholders in obtaining and using such information as contemplated herein.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Executive Duties During and after Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall, without additional compensation: (i) promptly disclose to the Company any Employee Development, specifically identifying any inventions, improvements or other portions of the Employee Development that are potential patentable or susceptible to protection as a trade secret; (ii) execute and deliver any and all applications, assignments, documents, and other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to protect the right, title and interest of the Company or its designee in or to any Employee Development; (iii) reasonably cooperate and assist in providing information for making and completing regulatory and other filings in connection with any Employee Development; (iv) reasonably cooperate and assist in providing information for or participating in any action, threatened action, or considered action relating to any Employee Development; and (v) take any and all other actions as the Company may otherwise require with respect to any Employee Development.

  • Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.

  • Duties and Services Executive agrees to serve in the position(s) referred to in Section 2.2 and to perform diligently the duties and services appertaining to such offices, as well as such additional duties and services appropriate to such offices which the parties mutually may agree upon from time to time.   • Job Duties It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described and employees may be required to perform other job-related duties not specifically contained in the job description; however, employees required to perform such duties shall be qualified for the work to be performed.
