A Coordinating Committee willmeet regularly inorder to prioritize upcoming activities, assess progress and measure results achieved under this Memorandum of Understanding. On the Brazilian side, the Coordinating Committee is to be led by the Ministry of External Relations with participation of the Ministry of Transports, the Brazilian Navy, and the National Waterway Transportation Agency, among others; on the Norwegian side, the Coordinating Committee is to be led by Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. 7. Ad hoc working groups may be created to develop specific cooperation initiatives under this Memorandum of Understanding. The ad hoc working groups should in principle be created to accomplish a clear objective in a defined timeframe.

Implementation and Coordination. Except as the Borrower and ADB may otherwise agree, NBC, as the Program Executing Agency, shall be responsible for implementation of the Program including administration and disbursement of loan proceeds, maintenance of accounts, and preparation of quarterly progress reports. The senior NBC officer appointed Program director for the Program Cluster shall continue in that position. MEF and MOC shall assist with the implementation of the Program.
Implementation and Coordination. National Level 3. The Beneficiary shall establish a Project Steering Committee (PSC) to oversee and coordinate Project implementation with membership including representatives from XXXXXX, MEF, MAFF, MRD, MOI, XXX and MOWA, and chaired by the Minister, XXXXXX or his/her delegate. The PSC shall meet on a quarterly basis for the first twelve (12) months after the Effective Date and at least every six (6) months thereafter, or more frequently as needed. Within two (2) weeks after each meeting, the Beneficiary shall submit a copy of the meeting’s Minutes to ADB. 4. The Beneficiary shall cause MOWRAM to establish a PMO to be responsible for Project management and act as the Secretariat for the PSC. The PMO shall be headed by a Project Director, who shall be a senior level official from MOWRAM, and staff shall include those seconded from the IAs, supported by appropriately qualified and experienced technical and accounting staff who have had experience with ADB procedures, rules and guidelines and who shall be responsible for consultant recruitment, procurement, funds withdrawal, disbursement and reimbursement. The PMO shall have four Deputy Directors, one each from MOWRAM, MRD, MOI and MAFF, who shall be responsible for management and supervision of the activities of their respective IAs. Provincial Level 5. Within three (3) months of the Effective Date, the Beneficiary shall have caused a Provincial Coordination Committee (PCC) to have been established in each Participating Province, chaired by the provincial governor or his/her delegate, with membership consisting of the provincial directors of PDWRAM, PDA, PDRD, and provincial Department of Environment, and the Chief of the PLAU, and shall be responsible for coordination of the Project at the provincial level. 6. The Provincial Director of each IA and the Chief of the PLAU shall identify the technical staff within the IA responsible for implementing the Project at the provincial level and appoint those whose qualifications are acceptable to ADB. 7. The Beneficiary shall cause the IAs to prepare a PAWPB for consolidation by the PMO which shall then submit the PAWPB to the PSC for review and approval, with copies of the approved PAWPB furnished to ADB for its concurrence, as per paragraph 10 of this Schedule, and to MEF and each IA.   • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

Once the trial period is over, the employee cannot revert to her former position except under (v) below. iv) Where two (2) full-time employees wish to job/time share one (1) position, neither half will be posted providing this would create one (1) full-time position to be posted and filled according to the collective agreement. v) If one of the job/time sharers leaves the arrangement, her or his position will be posted. If there is no successful applicant to the position, the remaining employee will revert to her or his former status. If the remaining employee was previously full-time, the shared position will become her/his position. If the remaining employee was previously part-time and there is no part-time position available, she or he shall exercise her or his layoff bumping rights to obtain a part-time position. The shared position would then revert to a full-time position and be posted according to the Collective Agreement.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.
