Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Contractor shall notify COMMERCE within five (5) working days of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any confidential information, and shall take necessary steps to mitigate the harmful effects of such use or disclosure.
Markings 4.8.1. Every hose shall bear, at intervals of not greater than 0.5 m, the following clearly legible and indelible identification markings consisting of characters, figures or symbols.
Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User: An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid. Marking Shipments, shipping containers and palletized unit loads shall be marked in accordance with MIL- STD-129R with Change 1 dated 24 May 2018.
Notice of Unauthorized Use The Receiving Party will notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party. The Receiving Party will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.
Unauthorized Use Licensee, the Participating Institutions, or Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.
Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
Unauthorized Work The contractor is not authorized at any time to commence task order performance prior to issuance of a signed TO or other written approval provided by the CO to begin work.
Application for Use a. The Employer agrees to accept properly executed leave applications within six (6) months of the first day of the period of leave being requested.
Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
