- Master Transfer List: Assignment to Year Round Positions for PWSW. 1’s Resulting in Status Change from Seasonal to Regular Seasonal Public Works Service Worker-1’s (PWSW-1’s) will be offered year round positions where they exist in Public Works, and permanent intermittent positions in the Solid Waste & Recycling (SW&R) Division based on their classification seniority on the Master Transfer List as administered by Human Resources. Further, Seasonal PWSW-1’s who transfer to permanent intermittent positions in SW&R shall, in order of their start date in SW&R, become permanent (HRIS regular status) PWSW-1’s in SW&R. The Parties acknowledge that some permanent intermittent PWSW-1’s in SW&R may experience diminished work hours and be subject to temporary or seasonal layoffs based on their seniority as a permanent intermittent PWSW-1, and be subject to the provisions of Section 17.04. The Employer agrees to meet and confer with the Union before making changes to the administration of the Master Transfer List.
