Common use of Maximum Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Leave Entitlement. Leaves taken under Clauses 19.2, 19.3 and 19.10 shall not exceed a total of ten (10) workdays per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

Maximum Leave Entitlement. Leaves taken under Clauses 19.223.2, 19.3 23.3 and 19.10 23.10 shall not exceed a total of ten (10) workdays per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.
