Common use of Maximum Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Leave Entitlement. The total of leaves taken under Articles 20.2, 20.3, 20.11, and 20.14 shall not exceed thirty five (35) hours from work per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

Maximum Leave Entitlement. The total of leaves taken under Articles 20.2, 20.3, 20.11, and 20.14 shall not exceed seventy (70) hours from work per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.
