Common use of Maximum Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Leave Entitlement. The total of leaves taken under Article 20.2, 20.3 and 20.07 shall not exceed the total of thirty five (35) hours leave from work per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

Maximum Leave Entitlement. The total of leaves Effective April 1, 2004. Leaves taken under Article Articles 20.2, 20.3 and 20.07 20.7 shall not exceed the a total of thirty seventy- five (3575) hours leave from work five (5) days or equivalent hours per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

The total of leaves taken under Articles 20.2, 20.3, 20.11, and 20.14 shall not exceed thirty five (35) hours leave from work per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.
