Maximum Step Placement. Beginning July 1, 2002, Step 8 will in the highest step placement for newly-appointed faculty members. Step 9 will be the highest step placement for newly-appointed faculty members on or after July 1, 2003 and Step 10 will be the highest step placement for newly-appointed faculty members except for those who have worked with academic load part-time in the District for six semesters or more including the year immediately preceding their being hired full-time, who may be placed up to Step 13 following contractual placement procedures. on or after July 1, 2004. Instructors who have worked part-time in the District and are subsequently hired as full-time instructors will be re-placed at the appropriate class and step at the time of hire as a full-time faculty member. the prior academic year, will be placed at no less than his/her prior salary step. All Faculty hired on or after July 1, 2006 may use all part-time college teaching experience for original step placement up to established limits.

Beginning with the 1993-94 academic year, the first (4) steps on the salary schedule for full-time faculty will be eliminated. New hires commencing in the 1993-94 academic year will be placed on the existing Step 5 at a minimum.

  • Step Placement A. Employees will be compensated on a salary range consisting of seven (7) steps. The salary percentage differential for the seven (7) steps is as follows:

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • PRACTICAL PLACEMENTS 8.1 If a Skills First Student is to undertake a Practical Placement, the Training Provider must enter into a written Practical Placement agreement.

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.

  • Initial Placement The issuance and sale by the Company of the Notes to the Initial Purchasers pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • Initial Salary Placement Step Upon initial employment by the District, child Development Teachers and Family Services Leads shall be given up to 7 years of credit for prior experience in a full-time teaching position with a State or Federally funded program, where the number of days worked in any given school year were in excess of 135. Step 8 is the maximum entry level placement.

  • Private Placement Assuming the accuracy of the Purchasers’ representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.2, no registration under the Securities Act is required for the offer and sale of the Securities by the Company to the Purchasers as contemplated hereby. The issuance and sale of the Securities hereunder does not contravene the rules and regulations of the Trading Market.

  • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.
