Meal and Rest Breaks. Employees shall be granted a meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes nor more than one (1) hour unless mutually agreed otherwise between the employee and the supervisor. Meal periods shall be scheduled at approximately mid-period of the employees' work shift. A rest period of fifteen (15) minutes shall be allowed during each consecutive work period of four (4) hours or more. Such rest periods shall be in accordance with operating requirements.

Meal and Rest Breaks. Employees 20.1 Each employee shall be granted a meal period break of not less than thirty (30) minutes nor more no later than five hours after commencing work or as agreed between employer and employee.
20.2 Where the scheduled day (by agreement) covers the maximum spread of 12 hours, only one (1) hour unless mutually agreed otherwise between the employee and the supervisor. Meal periods meal break shall be scheduled at approximately mid-period of the employees' work shift. apply.
20.3 A rest period of fifteen (15) minutes meal interval is an unpaid period.
20.4 All employees shall be allowed a paid rest break of ten (10) minutes during the first four hours of each consecutive day worked and to a second paid rest break of ten (10) minutes duration if the employee is rostered to work period of four seven (47) hours or more. Such rest periods shall be in accordance with operating requirements.
