Medical First Aid. For providing emergency medical aid during the Operation Period, as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall keep the First Aid Kit and operate it at the Project Site. The Concessionaire shall install a system for making instant calls to 108 (toll free telephone number) for emergency services and coordinate until unless the Ambulance Services has reached the Project Site, for victims of accidents.

Medical First Aid. 18.2.1 The Concessionaire shall install a system at toll plazas for making instant calls to 108 (toll free telephone number) for emergency services and coordinate until unless the Ambulance Services has reached the exact location/ accident site, for victims of accidents, on the Project Highway. However, each Toll Plaza shall be equipped with minimum first aid equipments in order to provide emergency medical first aid till the time the Ambulance reaches the accident site.
Medical First Aid. Purchaser shall provide the following (at Purchaser’s sole cost and expense): a) Emergency Medical Technicians or Paramedics beginning one half (½) hour prior to doors until one (1) hour after the conclusion of Performance. b) Purchaser will make available, promptly upon Pattonium’s request, a local doctor or transportation by ambulance to the nearest hospital for emergency treatment of any and all aliments such as, without limitation, throat problems, minor and major injuries, B- 12, etc. c) Purchaser will make available during the performance one (1) portable oxygen unit and mask to be used at the discretion of Artist or another authorized Pattonium representative. d) At the conclusion of each Performance, promptly following a request for same, Purchaser shall supply Pattonium’s security director with a full written report of any accident or injuries incurred at the Venue before, during, or after the Performance, no matter how minor. Purchaser shall also promptly provide copies of any report taken by any on-site EMT or paramedic in connection with such accident or injuries. Marin County can provide security log once received from security firm the following day.
Medical First Aid. If an accident occurs, please report to the First Aid Station in the Production Office. There are qualified First Aid Officers on the premises and all accidents must be reported to your Supervisor immediately.

  • Medical There shall be an open enrollment period for medical coverage in each year of this Agreement. An employee may elect no medical coverage during any open enrollment period. An employee who has elected no medical coverage may elect medical coverage during an open enrollment period. No pre-existing condition limitations will apply.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • Wellness i. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey. ii. The Coalition of Unions agrees to partner with the Employer to educate their members on the wellness program and encourage participation. Eligible, enrolled subscribers who register for the Smart Health Program and complete the Well-Being Assessment will be eligible to receive a twenty-five dollar ($25) gift certificate. In addition, eligible, enrolled subscribers shall have the option to earn an annual one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) or more wellness incentive in the form of reduction in deductible or deposit into the Health Savings Account upon successful completion of required Smart Health Program activities. During the term of this Agreement, the Steering Committee created by Executive Order 13-06 shall make recommendations to the PEBB regarding changes to the wellness incentive or the elements of the Smart Health Program.
