Medical Updates. If a member is sick or injured for an extended period of time, the City may require the member to furnish medical updates on his or her condition and prognosis at least every thirty (30) days or more often as may be reasonably deemed necessary by the Human Resources Director.

Medical Updates. The CITY retains the right to require periodic medical updates from the EMPLOYEE's treating physician and the right to send an EMPLOYEE for an evaluation at CITY expense, if the amount of modified duty appears to be excessive.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Medical Reports The following applies to all employees: The Employer agrees to pay the fee for medical reports required by the Employer for Sick Leave or Weekly Indemnity provisions to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
