Meetings/ agenda. All meetings of the Consortium Bodies shall have an agenda, which shall be detailed and identify proposed measures that requires a decision (vote) at the meeting. No decision shall be taken on an item which does not appear on the agenda, unless all the Members are present at a particular meeting and consent to the amendment of the agenda and the inclusion and discussion of the additional item is made at the respective meeting. Any Member may attend a Steering Committee meeting and Category 3 Applicants or Category 4 Manufacturers/Formulators may participate in discussions regarding Substance/Use combinations which they have agreed to support.

Meetings/ agenda. The Investors Council will convene regularly, aiming at 6 times a year, i.e., once every two months. Critical for the effectiveness of the work of the Investors Council will be the process of setting its agenda so that the recommendations of the Council are relevant and effective. The Secretariat, in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Office and the Council’s members, will set up a restricted agenda of topics, specific and targeted to achieve maximum effect. The Agenda of the meetings of the Investors Council shall be announced to its members and invited attendees at least one week in advance. The Investors Council shall be empowered to instruct the Secretariat to convene technical sessions focused on preparing the agenda for the meetings of the Investors Council or on supporting the state institutions in the productive implementation of its decisions. Each technical session shall be focused on a specific subject, based on a decision or initiative of the Investors Council, their objective being to develop clear recommendations and advancing the reform process. The technical sessions shall involve independent experts in the field, experts from the state institutions, representatives of business associations, and representatives of donor organisations that are active in the field.

Meetings/ agenda. The committees shall have regular meetings no less frequently than quarterly and at such times as such committee may fix. A majority of the members of any committee, or all of the City's designees on any committee, may call special meetings on at least fourteen (14) days' advance written notice to the other members, provided, however, that all members of a committee may agree to meet on less than fourteen (14) days' notice. An agenda for each general or special meeting of a committee shall be distributed to each committee member with the notice of meeting. Any member of any committee may submit proposals for action to such committee.
Meetings/ agenda. The Joint Committee shall hold meetings quarterly by videoconference, telephone, web conference, or face to face meetings, provided, that face to face meetings will be held no more than twice a year alternating between the OncoSec and Sirtex locations, and in any case, face to face meetings are only to be held if safe from a health perspective to do so. A quorum for a meeting of the Joint Committee will require the presence of at least one (1) member from each Party. Each Party will cause a quorum of their members to the Joint Committee to attend all meetings thereof. OncoSec will appoint a chair for the Joint Committee, who will be responsible for setting and distributing the agenda for each meeting and other customary duties, provided that the chair will include in the agenda any matter raised by Sirtex for discussion at such meeting. The chair will distribute the agenda to the Joint Committee members of the Parties no less than five (5) Business Days before any meeting of the Joint Committee. Each Party shall in good faith consult with the other and take such other Party’s views into account in respect of any matter before the Joint Committee, it being understood and agreed that the Parties shall not modify or amend the Agreement without mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.   • Meetings Meetings of the Trustees shall be held from time to time upon the call of the Chairman, if any, or the President or any two Trustees. Regular meetings of the Trustees may be held without call or notice at a time and place fixed by the By-Laws or by resolution of the Trustees. Notice of any other meeting shall be given by the Secretary and shall be delivered to the Trustees orally not less than 24 hours, or in writing not less than 72 hours, before the meeting, but may be waived in writing by any Trustee either before or after such meeting. The attendance of a Trustee at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting except where a Trustee attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting has not been properly called or convened. Any time there is more than one Trustee, a quorum for all meetings of the Trustees shall be one-third, but not less than two, of the Trustees. With respect to actions of the Trustees and any committee of the Trustees, Trustees who are Interested Persons in any action to be taken may be counted for quorum purposes under this Section and shall be entitled to vote to the extent not prohibited by the 1940 Act. All or any one or more Trustees may participate in a meeting of the Trustees or any committee thereof by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other; participation in a meeting pursuant to any such communications system shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.

  • Meetings by Telephone Members may participate in and hold such meeting by means of conference telephone, video conference or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in such a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting, except where a Member participates in the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.

  • Meetings of Committee The Safety and Health Committee shall hold meetings as requested by the Union or by the Employer and all unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions shall be taken up and dealt with at such meetings. Minutes of all Safety and Health Committee meetings shall be kept and copies of such minutes shall be sent to the Employer and the Union.
