MEETINGS AND CONSULTATIONS. If the employer summons an employee during his leisure period to a meeting or consultation, this is to be compensated for by ordinary hourly wage plus 65% for the time spent, however with the minimum of 4 hours. This does not apply when the case concerns personal matters regarding the person summoned. For imposed meetings on board beyond the necessary time for handovers between employees at shift change according to chapter 7 are not supposed to exceed 15 minutes per shift change except in exceptional cases only, will be compensated at overtime rate for time spent. This does not apply for employees on individual wages.

MEETINGS AND CONSULTATIONS. ‌ The Stage Director and/or Choreographer shall endeavour to be available for such meetings and consultations as are required by the Engager, particularly with designers and the Engager's production personnel. Should the Stage Director and/or Choreographer be required by the Engager to provide service on a production outside of usual artistic preparation prior to the first day of rehearsal, such meetings and consultations shall be agreed to in a rider to the Artist's Opera Agreement Engagement Contract. Said rider shall be specific as to dates, times, locations, and remuneration of travel and accommodation expenses. Should any Director and/or Choreographer whose contractual fee does not exceed the minimum compensation provided for in Clause 13:08 be required to provide such consultation or such consultation not be part of the Artist's original Opera Agreement Engagement Contract, the Artist shall be compensated at not less than a daily rate of two percent (2%) of the total contractual fee plus a partial week payment in accordance with Clause 13:12.
