Common use of Member Status and Working Conditions Clause in Contracts

Member Status and Working Conditions. (a) A member in a job sharing arrangement shall continue to maintain his/her original member status during the period of time covered by the job sharing arrangement and shall accumulate seniority in accordance with the member's scheduled hours of work in the job sharing arrangement. Such a member shall be entitled to use accumulated seniority for all applicable purposes set out in the collective agreement including layoff and recall.
