MEMBERSHIP FEE INCREASE. If you have an ongoing agreement, we reserve the right to increase the membership fees to be charged. We will give you 2 weeks’ notice and following such notice, you authorize us to increase any direct debits to your credit card or bank account which you have authorized upon joining. We will not use this right to vary the terms on any special offer which applies to you.

MEMBERSHIP FEE INCREASE. The SoEP will not increase the membership fees during the minimum term. However, the SoEP may increase your membership fees or any other fees with effect any time after that. If the SoEP increase membership fees, at least two weeksnotice of the increase will be given by post, or email to the addresses provided by you in the membership application. Following such notice, you authorise us to increase any direct debits to your credit card or bank account which you have authorised upon joining. The SoEP will not use this right to vary the terms on any special offer which applies to you.

MEMBERSHIP FEE INCREASE. We review our Membership Dues and Fees periodically and we reserve the right to change them. If we increase the Membership Dues and Fees we will provide at least 30 days prior notice of the increase by post, email or SMS to the addresses provided by you in the online signup.   • Fee Increases S&P reserves the right to increase its fees under this Order Schedule effective on the anniversary of the Commencement Date by providing at least sixty (60) days advance written notice to Licensee prior to the expiration of the Term then in effect.

  • Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.

The County requires documented proof of cost increases on Contracts prior to any price adjustment. A minimum of 30-days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustment.   • Step Increase Employees shall move to the next step of the salary schedule, only when agreed to specifically by parties in contract negotiations. If a step increase is provided, it shall be granted to those employees who receive an overall performance evaluation rating of “Effective” or higher. An employee who receives an overall performance evaluation of less than “Effective” shall not be eligible for the Board approved step increase; however, if the affected employee receives an overall performance evaluation of “Effective” or higher for the succeeding year he/she shall be granted the withheld step but not on a retroactive basis.

  • Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.
