Milestone Progress Reports. Together with the Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports, Client shall provide to the Executive Director of the Program, on behalf of Foundation, a written report that i) details Client’s growth and development; ii) reports Client’s progress toward achieving its Business Plan and Milestones; and, iii) proposes amendments, if any, to the Business Plan and Milestones. These reports will advise Foundation on the status of Client's efforts to achieve the Milestones and its plans for corrective actions for Milestones not achieved. Client shall also provide a written report on the number of employees and independent contractors engaged by Client.
Milestone Progress Reports. On or before the 15th of every month until the Project completion date or the Availability Termination Date, whichever is earlier, Recipient shall submit to ODA’s Program Coordinators a completed Milestone Progress Report (Form 109- 008), the form of which is incorporated by reference, that reports the Project’s progress for the preceding month.

Milestone Progress Reports. From the signing date of the minute of commencement of the Works Execution Stage and during it, the CONCESSIONAIRE will issue reports on Milestones Progress. The Milestone Progress Reports must contain the details of the Works executed , with the appropriate support of compliance of the approved EDI technical specifications , and the cost thereof, including the intangible and/or other costs resulting from the Environmental Impact Study approved by DGASA, distinguishing the Additional Works , if applicable. This cost is calculated from the approved EDI unit prices adjusted with the polynomial formula established in that EDI, if applicable. The report should also contain the percentage of physical progress relating to the specific Milestone in the current works program. Reports shall be made separately for the Works relating to earth movement and other works and will be presented within the three (03) days of expiration of the bi-monthly or quarterly, respectively. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall submit the Milestone Progress Reports to the GRANTOR with a copy to OSITRAN. The preparation of Milestone Progress Reports shall be under the responsibility of the CONCESSIONAIRE and will coordinate with OSITRAN on the most appropriate format to be used. OSITRAN will be responsible to check the progress or performance of the respective milestone, as appropriate, according to the findings in those reports , having a maximum of seven (07 ) days from the date of receipt of the document , to issue its statement and send it to GRANTOR with a copy to CONCESSIONAIRE . In case of observations, the CONCESSIONOAIRE will have a maximum of five (05) days from the date of receipt thereof, to submit to OSITRAN with a copy to the GRANTOR the respective correction. Subsequently, OSITRAN will have a term of three (03) days to verify the removal of the observations and make a decision. OSITRAN shall indicate, if applicable , the application of penalties as provided in Annex 9.

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

  • Milestones Subject to the provisions of the SGIP, the Parties shall agree on milestones for which each Party is responsible and list them in Attachment 4 of this Agreement.   • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority’s Engineer.   • Project/Milestones Taxpayer owns and operates a variety of businesses, including athletic clubs, restaurants, golf venues, and shopping centers. In consideration for the Credit, Xxxxxxxx agrees to hire full-time employees and invest in tenant improvements as part of its headquarters expansion in San Rafael, California (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.
