Minimum Account Balance is the Subscription Fee towards minimum 1 day of subscription by the Subscriber of the Selected Package (in case of monthly subscriptions).
Minimum Account Balance. The Bank may require a minimum Account opening balance or equivalent value of Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Dollars (USD $100,000) per Business Account and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (USD$50,000) per Personal Account. Should your Account opening balance fall below these minimum balances, you will receive a notice of the deficiency. The Bank has the right in its sole discretion to close Accounts or reject Account applications for Accounts that fall below, or would not meet, the minimum required Account opening balances. The Bank may charge Fees against your Account so long as they remain under the minimum required opening balance.
Minimum Account Balance. Adviser requires client accounts to maintain a minimum fund balance of $100. Please refer to the Fund(s) prospectus for information related to investment minimums. Client acknowledges that Adviser has the right to involuntarily redeem the remaining shares in and close Client’s account after 30 days’ notice if Client’s balance does not remain at the minimum requirement.

Client's managed Assets shall consist initially of cash and securities with a minimum asset value of no less than $40,000 unless Xxxx Equity Management, in its sole discretion, agrees to accept Client's managed Account with a lesser value. Client may add cash to, or withdraw assets from, the Account. If the value of the Account falls below the minimum asset value, Xxxx Equity Management may, but is not required, to terminate this Agreement for the management of Client's Account.

Also Optimal’s officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized agents. Optimal, its agents, service providers, or its affiliates acting on behalf of Optimal under the Agreement are authorized to perform the services contemplated by the Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, references to affiliates of Optimal include their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns.
Minimum Account Balance. You must maintain a minimum account balance of $5.00 per member in a share account as a condition of using an access device (card and/or identification code) to accomplish a transfer. We do not charge for direct deposits to any type of account. We do not charge for pre-authorized withdrawals from any type of account. Please refer to our separate fee schedule for additional information about charges. Except as indicated elsewhere, we do not charge for electronic fund transfers. You will assign a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to your debit card when you call to activate your card to be used in conjunction with your debit card and/or ATM card for transactions. Your password to use the audio response system for the first time is the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. You may change your password on the audio response system at any time. Also, if your statement shows transactions that you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you will not get back any money you lost after 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.
