Minimum Hours. ‌ (a) Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that no regular employee is assigned to work less than four hours in a given day with the exception of emergency situations. (b) An employee reporting to work but unable to commence or continue his/her duties for reasons beyond the control of the Employer, shall be required to immediately report the situation to his/her Supervisor. Where possible, the employee shall be reassigned to an alternate worksite.
