Common use of Minimum Hours Clause in Contracts

Minimum Hours. An employee reporting for work on his regular shift shall be paid his regular rate of pay for two (2) hours if he does not commence work for any reason beyond his control and shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours if he commences work.
