Common use of Minimum Hours Clause in Contracts

Minimum Hours. The parties agree that, having regard to the unique nature of the position of Strong Start Coordinator, the needs of the program and the requirement for flexibility in scheduling hours of work outside of the hours of operation of the Strong Start Centre, the four-hour minimum shift shall be interpreted as an average four hours work daily over the course of a four week period.
