Minimum Pay. The Employer shall pay an employee reporting to work as required by the Employer a minimum in any one day of: a. two (2) hours’ pay; or b. where the employee commences work, a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay unless his work is suspended because of weather or other reasons completely beyond the control of the Company.
