Minimum Security Standards. Cognizant agrees to implement and maintain commercially reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical controls designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk and to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Data (“Security Standards”), including: (i) controls designed to secure facilities, infrastructure, data centers, servers, hard copy files, systems, equipment, applications, and devices used to Access Protected Data, including controls to monitor, prevent, detect, and respond to Security Incidents; (ii) policies and practices limiting Access to Protected Data only to Authorized Persons; and (iii) procedures to regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Security Standards.

Minimum Security StandardsDuring the Term, Cognizant will maintain an enterprise security program under which Cognizant documents, implements, and maintains physical, administrative, and technical safeguards (“Security Standards”) designed with the intent of protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Xxxxxxx Data on Cognizant Systems (defined below). The Security Standards will include (i) controls designed to secure Cognizant owned or controlled facilities, infrastructure, data centers, servers, hard copy files, systems, equipment, applications, and devices (“Cognizant Systems”) used to Access Personal Information, including controls to monitor, prevent, detect, and respond to Security Incidents; (ii) policies and practices limiting Access to Personal Information on Cognizant Systems only to Authorized Persons; and (iii) procedures to regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Security Standards.

Minimum Security Standards. 3.1 Following our acceptance of your application to set up an account we shall issue you with a User ID and password. 3.2 Your User ID may not be assigned to another person, even at a subsequent time. 3.3 Upon receipt of the first User ID you must log in using your temporary password whereupon you will need to reset your password and set up a secret password associated with the User ID. This password must only be known to you. 3.4 Passwords will consist of a minimum of 6 characters with at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 numerical and 1 special character. Initial passwords will be provided by Ascendant Solutions and must be changed on a regular basis by the user. Any changes will be relayed to you when applicable. 3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Identification Details and for all users of your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you think that somebody else knows your username and password you must contact us immediately so that we can change your account details. Please contact us if you believe your account is no longer secure. 3.6 You agree that you are solely responsible for: (a) Retaining your Identification Details and other account details confidential. (b) Confidentiality of data both provision and storage 3.7 We shall deactivate your account in the event of us becoming aware of any misuse of XxxxxXxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any security breach which could compromise the security or integrity of XxxxxXxxxxxxx.xx.xx or otherwise adversely affect us.
Minimum Security Standards. The Security Program will use industry-standard controls designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Customer Data against anticipated or actual threats or hazards; accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or damage. The Security Program will use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to: (a) the size, scope, and type of Abnormal’s business; (b) the type of information that Abnormal processes on behalf of Customer (where such information is provided to Abnormal in accordance with the Agreement); and (c) the corresponding need for security and confidentiality of such information. Service Infrastructure. The Service and Customer Data are hosted on infrastructure using industry-leading cloud hosting providers.   • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Minimum Standards 12.1.1 All types of network equipment placed in AT&T-13STATE network equipment areas of Eligible Structures by AT&T-13STATE or Collocator must meet AT&T-13STATE minimum safety standards. The minimum safety standards are as follows: (1) Collocator’s equipment must meet Telcordia Level 1 safety requirements as set forth in Technical Publication 76200, Network Equipment Building Systems (NEBS); or, (2) Collocator must demonstrate that its equipment has a history of safe operation defined by installation in an ILEC (including AT&T-13STATE) prior to January 1, 1998 with no known history of safety problems. The Collocator will be expected to conform to the same accepted procedures and standards utilized by including AT&T-13STATE and its contractors when engineering and installing equipment.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
