Secure Facilities. Vendor agrees to secure the Facilities where Listing Content is stored or processed so that only Vendor and/or its employees have access to the Listing Content.

Secure Facilities. All doors must be closed during the entire event, except for entering and exiting. If used, the television and sound system must be turned off. Kitchen appliances and lights must be turned off. After the event, all doors must be locked and deadbolted. Keys must be returned to the Office Administrator before the Security Deposit will be returned to the Member. The keys may be returned through the Office mail slot.
Secure Facilities. The Colocated Sites are unmarked facilities with single secure entrances for customers and their staff. The majority of Colocated Sites are equipped with a two-stage biometric authentication process, such as iris-scanners and encrypted access cards. The Colocated Sites have one hundred percent (100%) CCTV security cameras (low-light technology) to monitor the facility interiors and exteriors on a 24x7 basis. Secure Facilities. Client Agency locations are secure facilities and Contractor shall be required to conduct a criminal background check for employees who deliver to these locations. Prior to commencing work, the Contractor will provide a list of approved employees (“Contract User List”) who have cleared a recent criminal background check to each Client Agency. The Contractor shall include adequate backup of personnel in the event of sick time, vacation schedules, etc. The Contractor shall provide an updated list to the Client Agency within 24 hours of when an employee is added or removed.

For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.
