Minimum Show-Up Time Sample Clauses

Minimum Show-Up Time. Any person called in to work on a day off or called in to work before or after the conclusion of their shift shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate rate regardless of the length of the call, unless the call lasts more than four (4) hours. This pay shall be in addition to any pay paid for the person's regular shift. This does not apply to extension of shifts before or after the scheduled shift.

Minimum Show-Up Time. An off-duty employee who is called back to work pursuant to Section 4 of this Article shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay at his/her regular hourly rate. Only Time Worked shall be counted for purposes of computing overtime.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

  • Minimum Break between Shifts (a) Where it is necessary to work extended overtime, it is agreed that no Employee shall resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty between the termination of the overtime and the commencement of the Employee’s ordinary work on the next day or shift.   • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Minimum Cash As determined on the first of every calendar month, the Company shall at all times keep on-hand unencumbered, unrestricted cash in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000,000.
