MINISTRY FUNDING. In the event that the Ministry of Community and Social Services announces additional funding for VAW program salaries, and such funding is extended to Herizon House, the parties will meet through the LRCC to discuss the allocation of any additional salary funding. Canadian Union of Public Employees Ajax Pickering Women’s and its Local 4724-01 Shelter Inc./Herizon House LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #5 BETWEEN THE AJAX PICKERING WOMEN’S CENTRE/HERIZON HOUSE AND CUPE and its LOCAL 4724-01 RE: STANDBY The Parties agree to the following terms and conditions regarding Standby for weekends and paid holidays on a trial basis for the term of the Collective Agreement April 1, 2011 to September 30th, 2012. Any issues arising out of the new Weekend or Paid Holiday Standby system will be dealt with between the parties as they arise. Any changes to this Letter of Understanding shall be mutually agreed to by the parties. Should the parties be unable to reach mutual agreement either Party may cancel this letter of Agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. Weekend Standby • Effective upon ratification the Employer shall seek volunteers from the relief employee roster to implement a Standby list • The required period of time shall be Friday at 5pm until Monday at 8am • There shall be a minimum of four (4) employees required to be on standby for each block. • Should more than four (4) employees volunteer the roster shall include all volunteers. • Should less than the required number volunteer then the Employer may order up by seniority (the least senior employee(s)) to fill the required number. • Standby commitment shall be for the following four (4) month blocks:

  • Special Education Teachers Whenever any Elementary Special Education class to which a student(s) is(are) added as a result of the distribution of students from the class of an absent Elementary Special Education teacher, Article 8-7 shall be in effect. In addition, whenever the class size of the receiving Special Education teacher exceeds the class size maxim mandated by Special Education class size law and/or regulation, the Xxxxxxxx Formula in AAA Case No. 1139-0696- 85, February 21, 1986, shall be used to calculate the compensation which said teacher shall receive as follows: The rate of pay for said teacher for teaching said additional students shall be computed by multiplying the teacher’s daily gross compensation by a fraction in which the denominator is twenty-six (26) and the numerator is the number of children taught in excess of Article 8-1.1 Item 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Tourism 1. In this field, the objective of the cooperation will be to strengthen the promotion of the tourist potentialities of the Parties, as well as to facilitate the information exchange and the conservation of natural and cultural attractions. 2.
