Miscellaneous Leaves L31.1 Application for Miscellaneous Leave shall be made to the Executive Superintendent of Employee Services or designate. The Teacher shall notify the principal at the time the application is made and whenever possible shall make the application at least five days prior to the day for which the leave is requested.

Summary of Policy and Prohibitions on Procurement Lobbying Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this Contract includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between OGS and a Vendor during the procurement process. A Vendor is restricted from making contacts from the earliest notice of intent to solicit offers/bids through final award and approval of the Procurement Contract by OGS and, if applicable, the Office of the State Comptroller (“restricted period”) to other than designated staff unless it is a contact that is included among certain statutory exceptions set forth in State Finance Law §139-j(3)(a). Designated staff, as of the date hereof, is identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information, or as otherwise indicated by OGS. OGS employees are also required to obtain certain information when contacted during the restricted period and make a determination of the responsibility of the Vendor pursuant to these two statutes. Certain findings of non-responsibility can result in rejection for contract award and in the event of two findings within a four-year period; the Vendor is debarred from obtaining governmental Procurement Contracts. M iscellaneous 14.1. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, misstatement or error appearing in translations of the particulars and the Online Terms and Conditions to any other language (if any), the Online Terms and Conditions in the English language shall prevail.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Borrower shall deliver to Lender such other items, documents and evidences pertaining to the Line of Credit as may reasonably be requested by Lender.
MISCELLANEOUS BENEFITS This Agreement is not intended, and shall not be deemed to be in lieu of any rights, benefits, and privileges to which Employee may be entitled as an Employee of Bank under any retirement, pension, profit sharing, insurance, hospital, bonus, vacation, or other plan or plans which may now be in effect or which may hereafter be adopted by Bank, it being understood that Employee shall have the same rights and privileges to participate in such plans and benefits, as any other employee, during the period of his employment.
