Mission Critical Training. To the extent practicable, cross training will be utilized to provide adequate training commensurate with workload and mission requirements. The Employer and Unit employees will make every reasonable effort to obtain and participate in formal and/or on-the-job training necessary to meet mission requirements and to improve individual performance, potential, and efficiency.
