Common use of MIXED FUNCTIONS Clause in Contracts

MIXED FUNCTIONS. An employee engaged for two hours or more in any day on duties carrying a higher rate than their ordinary classification, must be paid the higher rate for the day.

MIXED FUNCTIONS. An employee engaged for two (2) hours or more in on any one (1) day on duties carrying a higher rate than their ordinary classification, must classification will be paid the higher rate for that day. If for less than two (2) hours on any one (1) day the dayhigher rate for the time so worked is paid.
