MONITORING THE SERVICE. ISP has no obligation to monitor the Service, but may do so and disclose information regarding the use of the Service for any reason if ISP, in its sole discretion believes that it is reasonable to do so, including but not limited to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself and its Members. Please see our Privacy Policy. ISP may immediately remove your material or information from ISP’s servers, in whole or in part, which ISP, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe another’s property rights or to violate our Acceptable use policy.
MONITORING THE SERVICE. 6.1 We may monitor your use of the service, including to comply with any law, regulation, code or other duty that applies to us. For example, we may, in certain circumstances, be required to retain and disclose information uploaded using the service or other communications data, such as location, traffic or user data.
6.2 Although you are responsible for all documents or files you upload using the service, we reserve the right to screen, remove or reject any files or documents if we feel that they breach these terms or the terms of any other agreement between us, including to comply with any law, regulation, code or other duty that applies to us. If we find any inappropriate or illegal content uploaded in breach of these terms and conditions, we may be required to report this to the appropriate authorities.
MONITORING THE SERVICE. The effectiveness and efficiency of the service will be the subject to ongoing review and analysis. This may include premises inspections, monitoring of service standards, compliance with the agreement, auditing of test standards, etc.

OzarksGo has no obligation to monitor the Service, but may do so and disclose information regarding use of the Service for any reason if OzarksGo, in its sole discretion, believes that it is reasonable to do so, including to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself and its Subscribers. OzarksGo may immediately remove Subscriber material or information from OzarksGo servers, in whole or in part, which OzarksGo, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe another’s property rights or to violate the Agreement.
MONITORING THE SERVICE. While DC Access has no obligation to monitor the Services, it may do so and disclose information regarding use of the Services for any reason if DC Access, at its sole discretion, believes it is reasonable to:
(1) comply with laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests;
(2) operate the technical aspects of the Service in a proper, effective, and reasonable manner;
(3) protect itself, its employees, its customers or others in accordance with the DC Access Privacy Policy;
(4) prevent breaches of this Agreement or other DC Access policies; or
(5) enforce the DC Access Acceptable Use Policy.
MONITORING THE SERVICE. WAVE has no obligation to monitor the Service, but may do so and disclose information regarding the use of the Service for any reason if WAVE, in its sole discretion, believes that it is reasonable to do so, including to satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself and its Subscribers. WAVE may immediately remove Subscriber material or information from WAVE servers, in whole or in part, which WAVE, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe another's property rights or to violate the Agreement.
MONITORING THE SERVICE. 12.1. The Council will exercise its rights under Clause 11 and this Clause 12 in order to monitor whether the Service is performed in accordance with the Contract.
12.2. The Service Provider must maintain in good working order an email system which is accessible at all times and is administered in accordance with Clause 32.
12.3. The Service Provider shall at all times co-operate with the Council’s monitoring and evaluation processes. The Service Provider will allow the Council access to the Home at all times, whether announced or unannounced.
12.4. The Service Provider shall at all times allow the Authorised Officer(s) access to the Home for the purpose of interviewing Staff in connection with the carrying out of all parts of the Service. The Authorised Officer has the power to investigate any matters relating to the provision of the Service.

River Canyon Wireless has no obligation to monitor the Service(s), but may do so and disclose information regarding use of the Service if for any reason River Canyon Wireless, in its sole discretion, believes that it is reasonable to do so, including, but not limited to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service(s) properly; or to protect itself and its interests. River Canyon Wireless may immediately remove your material or information from River Canyon Wireless's servers, in whole or in part, which River Canyon Wireless, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe on another party's rights or violates our Acceptable Use Policy or this Agreement.

The Company has no obligation to monitor the Service, but may do so and may disclose information regarding the use of the Service for any reason if the Company, in its sole discretion, believes that it is reasonable to do so, including but not limited to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself and its Members. The Company may immediately remove your material or information from the Company’s servers, in whole or in part, which the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe another’s property rights or to violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

CELERITY has no obligation to monitor the Services, but may do so and disclose information regarding use of the Services for any reason if CELERITY, in its sole and absolute discretion, believes that it is reasonable to do so, including to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself, its employees, its customers or others. CELERITY may immediately remove your material or information from CELERITY's servers, in whole or in part, which CELERITY, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe another's property rights or to violate our Acceptable Use Policy or other policies or laws.
