Monthly Project Status Reports. PCS shall review the Design- report of project status. Prepare draft and final monthly project status reports for the Project. Monthly reports at a minimum will address: Cost-variance analysis explaining reasons for differences from baseline; Schedule-variance analysis explaining reasons for differences from baseline; Construction issues and planned resolution activities; and Quality Assurance issues. Monthly Project Status Reports. Consultant shall submit a status report by noon on the last business day of each month to summarize measurable progress for the month. The report must be no longer than two (2) pages and written in business terms (i.e. exclude words such as MDM, Hadoop, Python, etc.). The format shall be agreed upon between Consultant and the designated TxDOT representative. The report shall, include but not be limited to, the following items:
Monthly Project Status Reports. Prepare and distribute monthly project status reports including updates on project activities, progress of work, outstanding issues, potential problems, budget, schedule, cash flow, requests for information, change orders, and submittals as requested by the County. Record construction progress monthly via digital photographs and maintain an electronic file of photo documentation.

  • Status Reports The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period. For the purposes of this reporting requirement, the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Department will review the required reports submitted by Grantee within thirty (30) days.
