MOU Language. 1. The District shall give to currently employed JROTC instructors credit on the salary schedule for previous teaching experience, regardless of whether the instructor held a Bachelor’s degree during the prior teaching experience, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Teacher Collective Bargaining Agreement. MOU Language. Memorandum of Understanding ** Post-Ratification Retroactive Pay The parties agree that employees who are employed as of the ratification of this Agreement will receive retroactive compensation for each such employee's immediate post-ratification base wage increase as follows: All current employees employed as of the ratification of this Agreement will receive retroactive compensation for the period that began on July 12, 2020 and ends on the last day before the beginning of the first pay period following ratification of this Agreement. Employees will be paid retroactive compensation for all hours actually worked or compensated during that time period that is equal to the difference between the employee's base hourly wage rate that was in effect during that time period and the employee's base hourly wage rate that becomes effective at the beginning of the first pay period following ratification of this Agreement. Employees will receive no other retroactive compensation except as se t forth in this Paragraph. The retroactive compensation set forth in this Paragraph will be paid by no later than the second regular payroll following ratification of this Agreement.
