MPG. The Max-Xxxxxx-Institut fuer Radioastronomie (MPIfR) is one of 80 independent research institutes of the Xxx Xxxxxx Society (Max-Xxxxxx-Gesellschaft - MPG). The institute is primarily active in the areas of radio astronomy and infrared astronomy. The institute operates the 100-m radio telescope in Effelsberg, one of the world's most important facilities in radio astronomy. The MPIfR also leads the operations and further development of the Atacama Pathfinder Experiment (APEX), a 12-m telescope in the Chilean Atacama Desert built in 2005. In 2007 the institute completed the first stage of the international LOFAR station DE-1 at the Effelsberg site. In 2009 the second half of the station was installed. MPIfR staff has been involved in VLBI since the mid 1970s and has been operating five generations of VLBI correlators. Currently, the MPIfR operates a new-generation correlator - a software correlator as a result of an international cooperation with the USA, Australia, Italy and Finland. The MPIfR hosts several technical labs, which develop equipment for mm-cm, mm-submm, infrared, and optical telescopes. In terms of future observational and development activities, the institute takes part in a number of large projects, such as the German-American airborne observatory SOFIA, the Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA), the further upgrade of the 100-m radio telescope in Effelsberg, the planning of the Square Kilometre Array (SKA), optical interferometry facilities (VLTI and LBT), and the further development of VLBI at high resolutions (millimetre wavelengths and space VLBI).

Request for a redetermination and appeal (R1400) You can request a redetermination of the IFTA audit results we issued. You must file your request for redetermination in writing within 30 days after the audit report date. If you don't make a request within 30 days, the audit result is final and no change can be made to the audit findings. Once you've filed your redetermination request, we'll give you a reasonable amount of time to submit more information to support your request. Your request may be forwarded to our Appeals unit for a decision. You can request an informal hearing and appear in person or be represented. You can produce witnesses, documents, or other information to support your appeal. The Tax Commission will send you the results of your redetermination request. You can appeal the Tax Commission's decision to the Idaho Board of Tax Appeals or an Idaho district court. If you still disagree with the decision, you can request any or all member jurisdictions to audit your records. Each jurisdiction can accept or deny the request. Each jurisdiction that accepts will audit distance traveled and fuel purchases in its jurisdiction that you reported to Idaho during the audit periods. You must make your records available at a place chosen by those member jurisdictions. These audit requests for redetermination will proceed under the fuels tax laws of that jurisdiction. For example, in the case where the agricultural utilization site is one (1) mile from the Plant, the Point of Origin is Newport, VT, and if the average number of trips per day is two (2), and if the Prior Month Index were $4.30 per gallon, then the calculation would be as follows: Agronomic Utilization Transportation Fuel Charge = $4.30*((69) + (2*2)+69)) ÷4.5 ÷ (27.63*2) = $4.30*142÷4.5÷54=$2.51/ton Total Solids Surcharge. A surcharge shall apply for all tons received at GMF which are lower in total solids content than 15%. Percent solids shall be determined based upon an average of the percent solids of representative composite samples taken daily by Customer at the Plants, however, at Contractor’s request and expense, percent solids shall be determined by independent laboratory analysis of such samples. The surcharge shall be at the rate of $3.63 per percentage point, and shall be calculated to the 1/10th of a percentage point. The Total Solids Surcharge will be calculated and billed monthly. The Contractor shall pay to the Customer fifty percent (50%) of all revenue generated from sales of Class A Biosolids. The Customer shall refer all end user requests for information about Class A Biosolids to the Contractor.
