Multiple Completion Times. If the Owner elects to “fast-track” or develop the Project in multiple stages, Construction Manager shall organize and perform its services as appropriate to each stage. Each stage of the Project may have a unique schedule for completion and a specific Construction Cost Limitation, at Owner’s discretion. Attend and participate in Owner’s “Partnering” Program for all phases of the Project. Construction Manager shall identify to the Owner the employees and other personnel that it will assign to the Project and provide the Monthly Salary Rate for each of them. Construction Manager shall also identify any consultants that will be performing services for the Project. After execution of this Agreement by the Owner, Construction Manager shall not add, remove or replace the persons or entities assigned to the Project except with the Owner’s written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Construction Manager shall not assign to the Project or contract with any person or entity to which Owner has a reasonable objection. Construction Manager shall promptly update and resubmit Exhibit F, CM’s Personnel and Monthly Salary Rates form, indicating the list of persons by name and title and consultants if they change during the course of the Project. Construction Manager’s employees and other personnel that it assigns to the project shall be identified on the Schedule of Values by name and title. The Owner’s Policy on the Utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses (“Policy”) is described in an attached exhibit. Construction Manager, as a provision of the Agreement, must comply with the requirements of the Policy and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plans submitted for Pre-Construction Phase and Construction Phase Services. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plans can be made by the Construction Manager without the written approval of Owner in accordance with the Policy.

In these circumstances, each stage of the Project may have a unique schedule for completion and specific cost limitations agreed to in writing by the CMR and TFC.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • TIME OF COMPLETION This project’s start date is scheduled for January 29, 2021 and completion date is May 28, 2021. It is specifically agreed that the Contractor shall be bounden for damages, as hereinafter provided, for each and every day's delay which may be due or traceable to the Contract. In case the Contractor shall fail to perform fully the Contract within the agreed time limit, he shall pay to the City of Milwaukee, as liquidated damages for such default, the sum of $250.00 per day for each and every day's delay in completing the performance thereof after such time limit.
