MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT. 7.1 The proximity of local residences to the VENUE is such that venue sounds, specifically music, must be kept below certain levels. All music must end by 10:00PM.

Although music (both live and recorded) is permitted, the music must be contained at an acceptable sound level so as not to disturb the local surrounding area. The Banks event coordinator will help to establish acceptable sound levels. Any complaints from neighbors or other parties may require the levels to be reduced further. The Banks reserves the right to require Customer(s) to cease the music it deems inappropriate, in its sole discretion. The Banks also reserves the right to require the Customer(s) to lower the sound level or cease playing music, in its sole discretion. PARKING: Parking is available at the designated areas on the property. Persons shall pull into the areas marked as The Banks parking locations. Handicap accessible parking spaces are provided, designated by signage. PETS: Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed. However, a family pet actually involved in an event will be considered. PHOTOGRAPHY: We reserve the right for each Customer the opportunity to use any area of the complex for wedding/reception photograph sessions. All times for utilization of different areas at The Banks will be RENTAL SPACE CHANGES: Any contents or furniture movement must be pre-approved by The Banks. Placements of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment, etc., must also be approved by The Banks planning staff. SIGNAGE: Welcome boards are allowed at the entrance of The Banks and The Glasserie.

The Waters Edge event coordinator will help to establish acceptable sound levels. Any complaints from neighbors or other parties may require the levels to be reduced further. Waters Edge reserves the right to require Customer(s) to cease the music it deems inappropriate, in its sole discretion. Waters Edge also reserves the right to require the Customer(s) to lower the sound level or cease playing music, in its sole discretion.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT. All musicians and/or DJs must cease playing by 11pm. This will allow time for musicians and/or DJs to dismantle their equipment and be off the premises by 12 midnight. Bubble machines, fog machines, dance wax or any other compound or substance spread on the floor is not allowed. It is strongly suggested they visit our facility prior to the event. Musicians/DJs may use our back parking lot to unload their vehicles. Liquor, wine and beer must be purchased through The Venue. Beer & Wine is charged at the retail price rate. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Legal restrictions regarding underage drinking will be strictly enforced. The Venue assumes no responsibility or liability for underage drinking and reserves the right to ask entire party to leave if unlawful activity is observed. Bar service is included in your rental fee. No charge for bartenders. No dry weddings, bar is always open.

Bluewater Properties reserves the right to require Customer(s) to cease the music it deems inappropriate, in its sole discretion. Bluewater Properties also reserves the right to require the Customer(s) to lower the sound level or cease playing music, in its sole discretion. Note: We are keenly aware that sound travels and do, therefore, make every attempt to be considerate of our neighbors’ privacy. PARKING: Parking is not available onsite during the event, and therefore it is the responsibility of the customer(s) to provide and secure an offsite parking lot and transportation of guests to/from the lot/venue. Persons that pull up the venue before or during the event will be directed to the designated offsite parking area by our security officer. Parking is not permitted on the street exterior to the venue. PETS: Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed. However, a family pet actually involved in an event will be considered. PHOTOGRAPHY: The many natural settings around Bluewater Properties were maintained and developed for the enjoyment of all events. We reserve the right for each Customer the opportunity to use any area of the venue for wedding/reception photograph sessions. We also reserve the right to use any photographs or other media reproductions of an event in our publicity and advertising materials, and request a copy of such materials. REFRIGERATOR / FREEZER SPACE: Each venue has, at a minimum, a standard residential refrigerator for that venue’s use. Each event is responsible to provide their own coolers and ice (there is not a commercial ice maker on site). It makes sense to bring your beverages to the venue already chilled the day of the event. Caterers are expected to make their own food/beverage accommodations. RENTAL SPACE CHANGES: Any contents or furniture movement must be pre-approved by Bluewater Properties. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT. All music, entertainment, and other activities must not interfere with daily Museum operations. All music levels during the event must conform to the city/county noise ordinance.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT. If Lessee’s event creates a disturbance due to high noise volume, LTC’s on-site manager has full authority to ask Lessee’s DJ or live music provider to turn the entertainment volume down and/or off. If repeated disturbances occur, Lessee may be expelled from the premises or the offending noise will be ended. In the event of disturbances to the point of expulsion, no portion of the event costs will be refunded to Lessee. Loud music must end by 10:30 PM and is allowed only inside of the buildings and tent(s). Additional music time may be added beyond 10:30 PM provided the volume is modest.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT. Subject to the terms hereof, Tenant may provide pre-recorded and/or broadcast music to Tenant's customers within the Premises. Tenant shall cause all such music at the Premises to be maintained at a reasonable noise level (the determination of which shall be in Landlord's sole discretion), in good taste and suitable for the entire family, including minors, and shall not permit any profanity, obscenity or objectionable material. Tenant shall obtain Landlord's approval for the types of music Tenant desires to offer at the Premises, which approval shall be Landlord's sole discretion. Landlord hereby approves the 2 compact disc recordings currently distributed under the Build-A-Bear Workshop name for use at the Premises.
