BAR SERVICE. The bars at The Hotel are fully licensed and require The Client to give a written brief regarding their bar requirements for their specific event. The Hotel offers the following bar services: PREPAID LIMIT BAR FULL BAR The Client to pre-pay for all drinks consumed during the event. PREPAID LIMIT BAR SELECTED BAR The Client to pay for selected drinks consumed during the event. Certain categories of drinks may be excluded (e.g. spirits or shooters) but not certain brands. The Client is required to pay the prepaid portion before the event. Should The Client wish to increase the limit during the event, The Hotel requires full payment for the additional increased amount upfront using Debit or Credit Card, Zapper or SnapScan. No cash or cheques payments will be accepted. The Client may request that guests pay for their drinks once the set limit is reached. OWN ACCOUNT BAR Guests to pay for their drinks via Debit or Credit Card, Zapper or SnapScan. Should The Client choose for their guests to pay for their drinks, any outstanding amounts not paid by guests will be transferred to The Client’s account. Should the outstanding amount be recouped, The Client will be refunded by The Hotel. Please note that your ‘Bar Tab’ will for the first part of the function escalate rapidly as your guests order their first or second round of drinks. Should you wish to, an external ‘Bar Auditor’ can be hired in at an additional cost to you The Client. It is The Client’s responsibility to inform their guests that The Hotel is a cashless environment and that the methods of payment mentioned above apply. A drinks and wine menus are available on The Hotel website xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx or when requested by The Client. Any special requirements regarding bar facilities must be in writing and approved by The Hotel’s General Manager. All requests for special beverage orders must be approved in full 30 days before the event. The Hotel requires full payment upfront for special and approved orders. All orders must be placed in case lots. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Alcohol brought onto the premises without written permission from The Hotel’s General Manager will be confiscated, as this is prohibited and contravenes our licence permissions. BAR SERVICE. The Banks is a licensed venue through the Pennsylvania State Liquor Control Board and shall provide all beverages for all event. Customer may select all-inclusive/open bar or consumption bar options. Events requesting a consumption bar will be assessed a $100 per bartender fee. Events requesting a consumption bar will be required to have a credit card on file 24 hours prior to the event (and be subject to 3.75%). Guests should acknowledge the right of our bartenders to suspend the serving of alcohol to any persons in accordance with the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. No outside beverages are ever permitted on site. Under no circumstances is any person outside of The Banks staff permitted in any serving areas.
BAR SERVICE. Alcohol cannot be brought into the building. Alcohol must be purchased from The Venue (Bar service is included in your rental fee. No charge for bartenders.) (15% gratuity added for open bar)
BAR SERVICE. The contractor shall provide the following bar services: (a) follow measures to ensure that only persons of legal drinking age are served alcoholic beverages; and (b) exercise discretion in serving alcoholic beverages to Kappa members and guests and refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any Kappa member or guest if the contractor believes that such Kappa member or guest is acting in a manner that could be detrimental to either the member, guest, Kappa or other persons. Cash bar service only. There may be no minimum spend requirement for cash bar sales. No ticketing. Cease serving alcoholic beverages one hour prior to the scheduled end of the function. 5.2. 5.3. Should the Client choose the ‘Own Account Bar’ option, any outstanding amounts not paid by the Client's guests will be transferred to the Client's account. Should the outstanding amount be recouped, the Client will be refunded by the Hotel.
5.4. The Client may, at its own additional cost, request the Hotel to appoint an external Bar Auditor who shall monitor the Client's beverage consumption and ensure accuracy in respect of any billing processes.
5.5. The Client must inform their guests that the Hotel is a cashless environment and that the methods of payment mentioned in clause 5.2 above apply.
5.6. A drinks and wine menu shall be made available by the Hotel on the Hotel website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx or when requested by the Client.
BAR SERVICE. At its option, Lighthouse Festival Theatre may open and run a bar for the benefit and use of the patrons of events held at the Premises, including the Bar Area outside the Premises in accordance with section 1.
1. Lighthouse Festival Theatre shall provide an accounting of its bar service sales as part of its reporting as required under this Agreement.
BAR SERVICE. 1. Moruya Surf Life Saving Club provide full Bar service as part of the hall hire no exceptions.
2. All Bar staff will be correctly trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
3. No other alcohol is allowed on the premises outside any special request that is agreed as part of the Hire.
BAR SERVICE. 4.4.1 The PCC has a liquor license and operates the bar service whenever it is part of the Rental Agreement. The PCC supplies bartenders/servers who are Smart Serve qualified. The number of bartenders/servers supplied will depend on the number of guests.
4.4.2 Alcoholic beverages are only permitted to be consumed within the areas of the PCC that are licensed and cannot be served to minors.
4.4.3 House wines are available by the bottle for tables. Details of the Renter’s wine requirements are to be specified in Schedule B of this Agreement.
4.4.4 If the Renter wishes to bring in his/her own wine, this must be detailed in Schedule B of this Agreement. The PCC will apply a corkage fee per the Rate Table in Article 3.
BAR SERVICE. All required documents, products and supplies, licenses, receipts and mandatory PAL Insurance coverage in the name of the Renter shall be in place and in the possession of the Society’s representative prior to opening bar service. In the event the Function is to serve liquor, it is the responsibility of the Renter, at its sole cost and expense, to arrange for and ensure that a Party Alcohol Liability (PAL) Insurance Certificate, in the amount of Two Million ($2,000,000.00) Dollars minimum, has been arranged for and forwarded to the Society’s representative prior to the Function. The Renter agrees that the insurance policy referred to herein will name the Society as an additional insured on the said policy. All policies will contain an undertaking by the insurers to notify the Society, in writing, of any material change, cancellation or termination of any provision of any policy, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the material change, cancellation or termination thereof. PAL Insurance coverage may be obtained from your personal insurance broker or visit xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Renter, at its cost, is responsible for conforming to and adhering to all the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission’s (AGLC) licensing laws and any related matters. The Renter may contact AGLC 000-000-0000 with any questions in regard to the service of licensed beverages for its event or function. The operation of bar service, is subject to the AGLC requirements and laws and failure of the Renter to provide documentation of a valid dated liquor permit, liquor till receipts and required PAL Insurance Certificate to the Society’s representative prior to the event, will result in the Society denying the use of open bar service until such time as the proper documentation is provided. The Renter acknowledges that the Society retains the exclusive right to withhold, stop serving or close any liquor or beverage service until the requirements of AGLC and the Society are satisfied. No reduction to the rental charge or credit will be applied if such actions are taken by the Society. The Renter acknowledges that homemade wine, beer and/or liquor are not permitted to be stored, consumed or displayed in the Centre and will not be served or made available to its guests or visitors. As well, “Bring Your Own Bottle”, (BYOB) is prohibited. BAR SERVICE. Bartending staff and/or caterers are responsible for cleaning and removing all liquid spills, garbage, napkins, broken glass, or food waste. Cleaning must be done immediately to prevent damage to the space. Bar mats are required behind any satellite bars, provided by The Unique Space or an outside vendors. Licensed bartenders are required when alcohol is being served at The Unique Space, and alcohol liability insurance is required to be included in their day-of liability insurance (COI). Bartenders are responsible for the alcohol consumption rate at the event and should be monitoring it at all times. Self-service alcohol is never permitted at The Unique Space. Bartending or licensed catering staff must serve all alcohol. No wine bottles are allowed to be self-poured at tables. Bartenders must not leave premises until mopping the bar area and checking out with the Unique Space site-manager. Vendors are never permitted to consume alcohol before or while performing services at The Unique Space, including during load-out. A beverage license must be provided if you are serving alcohol.
