MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT. Arrangements for entertainment or music must be approved by the Events Office. ALL MUSIC MUST CEASE AT 11PM. All entertainment must sign and agree to our Amplified Music Agreement. Please see page 6 for entertainment setup locations.

MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT.  There are (2) electrical outlets on each side of the stage. There are (7) electrical outlets in the picnic area.  Client agrees to discuss their music and AV power requirements with YMCA prior to the event to determine if there will be a need to rent an additional generator.  Amplified sound must conclude by 11:00pm. MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT. Because the Premises is located within a residential area, the Permittee and its Agents shall ensure that noise levels do not disrupt neighbors, in accordance with the following guidelines: • On the North Hall Plaza, entertainment must end no later than 9:00 p.m. • In the building, entertainment must end no later than 12:00 a.m. • The windows must remain closed and shades drawn when music is played. Doors must not be propped open when music is played. Only caterers may use alley-side doors; however, they must not be propped open. • Please see noise regulations pursuant to D.C. Municipal Regulations Title 20- Chapter 27 - Noise Control. See especially 20 DCMR §2701 - Maximum Sound Levels.
MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT. All music and/or entertainment must be performed in a manner that is respectful of our residential neighbors. The volume must not reach 80 decibels at a distance of 50 feet. We reserve the right to ask the music or entertainment to be turned down and or suspended at any time during the event. All music and or entertainment must be over by 11 pm, and we ask that volume levels be lowered after 10 PM.

Flora Corner Farm, LLC staff are authorized to lower sound provided by Band or DJ if deemed too loud. Initial CLEAN-UP INFORMATION Arrangements for trash removal are the responsibility of the client. All trash must be bagged and removed from the property at the end of the event. A $200.00 fee will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit for the clean up of any trash left on site after a private event. Most caterers and bartenders take the responsibility of removing their own trash. Clients should check with their particular vendors to see what their policies are. Flora Corner Farm, LLC must be made aware of these arrangements no later than a week prior to your event. Initial

MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT. Music and other forms of amplified sound must be kept to a reasonable volume. XxXxxx Park and House staff will regulate. Client agrees to turn down the volume if asked to do so by on-site staff. Speakers placed outside must be directed toward the river/bridge. All events involving amplified sound require a signed & dated Amplification/Music Agreement to be on file prior to the event. Failure to comply will be grounds to turn off the sound and/or end the event. Remove garlands and other decorations. Remove signs you’ve placed in the neighborhood. Notify on-site staff of any damages. Cancellation policy Events are often booked a year in advance at XxXxxx House. Last minute changes are difficult and costly. In recognition that a re-rental on short notice often isn’t possible, we enforce a strict cancellation policy, as follows: If you cancel your event more than six months in advance of the booked date, you will be charged 25% of the total rental fees. The balance of the fees and security deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your event between three and six months in advance of the booked date you will be charged 50% of the total rental fees. The balance of the fees and security deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your event between one and three months in advance of the booked date you will be charged 75% of the rental fees. The balance of the fees and security deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your event 30 days or less in advance of the booked date you will not receive any rental fee refund, but you will receive all of your security deposit. Personal property The Xxxxxx Park and House and its representatives assume no responsibility for any property placed in the house or on the premises.
