Common use of NAMED HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

NAMED HOLIDAYS. Casual employees required to work on a Named Holiday shall be paid at one and one-half times (1½ x) their basic rate of pay for all hours worked on the Named Holiday.

NAMED HOLIDAYS. Casual employees required to work on a Named Holiday Employees shall be paid at one and one-half times (1½ x1 ½X) their basic rate of pay for all hours worked on the Named Holiday. A Casual Employee shall be paid in addition to her Basic Rate of Pay four point six percent (4.6%) percent of such rate per pay period in lieu of the Named Holiday.

(a) Casual employees required to work on a Named Holiday Employees shall be paid at one and one-half two times (1½ x2X) their basic rate Basic Rate of pay Pay for all hours worked on the Named Holiday. (b) Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their Basic Rate of Pay, four point six five percent (4.65%) of this rate of pay, inclusive of holiday pay, vacation pay and premium pay. It shall be paid per pay period in lieu of the Named Holidays.

Casual and temporary Employees shall be paid four decimal six percent (4.6%) of their earnings at the basic rate of pay and of their vacation pay in lieu of Named Holidays.

A Casual employees Employee required to work on a Named Holiday shall be paid at at: one and one-half times (1½ x) their basic rate 1 her Basic Rate of pay Pay for all hours work performed up to seven and three-quarter (7 hours; and two and one-half times (2 her Basic Rate of Pay for overtime worked on the that Named Holiday. Casual Employees shall be paid in addition to their Basic Rate of Pay four point six percent (4.6%) of their Basic Rate of Pay in lieu of the aforementioned Named Holidays.
