NAMED LAYOUT ARTISTS AND ADVERTISING SALES. A. This section pertains to the following individuals; Group A: Group Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxx and Xxxxxx Group Xxxxx Xxxxxxx The persons named in Groups A and B are Layout Artists employed under the terms and conditions of the Advertising Department of this collective agreement. The person named in Group C is an Advertising Sales representative employed under the terms and conditions of the Advertising Department of this collective agreement. Pay Rates (Employee Group A) The basic rates for these employees are “red circled and are in Appendix If at such time the “After three year rate” in the Layout Artist scale meets or exceeds the above these employees will be paid the “After three year rate” in the Layout Artist scale.   • Outside Advertising The Employer reserves the right to advertise new or vacant positions as deemed necessary. All internal applicants for new or vacant positions will be given first consideration and must be disqualified for the position before it is offered to outside applicants.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.
