National Joint Labor-Management Committee. 27.02(a). There shall be established a National Joint Labor-Man- agement Committee, the purpose of which shall be to xxxxxx amicable relations between the Employer and the Union, and to mutually resolve potential national problems in the area of labor- management relations.
