Common use of National Joint Labor-Management Committee Clause in Contracts

National Joint Labor-Management Committee. (a). There shall be established a National Joint Labor-Man- agement Committee, the purpose of which shall be to xxxxxx amicable relations between the Employer and the Union, and to mutually resolve potential national problems in the area of labor- management relations. The Committee shall meet annually and at such other times as mutually agreeable to the parties.
