National Training Wage. For provisions in relation to the National Training Wage see Annexure 4 –
National Training Wage. 16.1 Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 sets out minimum wage rates and conditions for Employees undertaking traineeships.
16.2 This Agreement incorporates the terms of Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 as at 1 July 2022. Provided that any reference to “this award” in Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 is to be read as referring to this Agreement and not the Miscellaneous Award 2020.
National Training Wage. See Schedule E.
National Training Wage. The Hospital shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Interim Award 1994, as varied.
National Training Wage. A General Employee employed on a national training wage will have their employment conditions regulated by Annexure O - National Training Wage.
National Training Wage. Where formal training takes place in relation to a course covered by one of the four Food Certificate 111 courses contained in schedules under the National Training Wage Award, the appropriate rates of pay in that award will apply.
National Training Wage. The terms of the National Training Wage Award 1994, as existing on the day prior to the lodgement of this Agreement, with the exception of clauses 12 and 13, shall apply to the employment of Trainees under this Agreement.
National Training Wage. A party to this Agreement shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Agreement 2000 [PR904174 [AW790899]], as though bound by clause 4 of that Agreement.
National Training Wage. 39.1. The provisions of Schedule E - National Training Wage of the Miscellaneous Award 2020 shall apply to Employees undertaking a traineeship.
39.2. Trainees will be eligible for journey cover insurance provisions as part of clause 40 of the Agreement.
39.3. Subject to the satisfactory performance of a trainee during a traineeship every endeavour shall be made to offer continuity of employment to that trainee at the completion of a traineeship.
National Training Wage. The provisions of the relevant award will apply as a term of this Agreement.
