NEA-NH DELEGATE. Two designated delegates of the Association will be allowed one (1) day leave-of-absence, each, to attend the State Educational Association's delegate assembly. The Superintendent may authorize, in advance, additional Association business days, provided the Association agrees to pay the substitute(s).

NEA-NH DELEGATE. One designated delegate of the Association will be allowed one (1) paid day leave-of-absence to attend the State Education Association’s delegate assembly. Notice shall be provided at least thirty (30) days in advance. Failure to provide such notice may be grounds for forfeiture.

  • Union Delegate 32.5 Where an Employee is elected by Employees of the Employer as a Union Delegate, and the Union notifies the Employer of this election, the Employee will be classified as the higher of CW4, or the Employees usual classification. In addition, a Union Delegate is entitled to an all- purpose hourly allowance for the life of this agreement as per the table at Appendix 2 – Delegate Allowance.

  • Construction and Delegation If any term of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be construed in such a way as to eliminate the offending aspects while still giving as much effect as possible to the intentions of such term. If this cannot be done and the entire term is invalid, illegal or unenforceable and cannot be so repaired, then the term shall be considered to be stricken from this Agreement as if it had not been included from the beginning. In any such case, the balance of this Agreement shall remain in effect in accordance with its remaining terms notwithstanding such invalid, illegal or unenforceable term. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify the provisions of this Agreement. We may authorize or allow our contractors and other third parties to provide the services necessary or related to making the Service available and to perform obligations and exercise our rights under this Agreement, and we may collect payment on their behalf, if applicable.

  • APPOINTING OFFICERS The Member may appoint officers or managers and define their function and authority per Section 00-00-000 of the Act.

  • Subcommittees Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Incorporation, these bylaws or the resolutions of the Board designating the committee, a committee may create one (1) or more subcommittees, each subcommittee to consist of one (1) or more members of the committee, and delegate to a subcommittee any or all of the powers and authority of the committee.
