- Negotiations Committees. The OPBA and the City have the right to select their own Negotiations Committee and to change Committee members at will. The OPBA team will consist of no more than four (4) participants of which two (2) will be Bargaining Unit members, and two (2) OPBA representatives. The City shall compensate Bargaining Unit team members if on duty at their straight time hourly rate.

- Negotiations Committees. The FOP/OLC and the City have the right to select their own Negotiations Committee and to change Committee members at will. The FOP/OLC team will consist of no more than three (3) employee participants chosen by the membership plus the FOP/OLC Staff Representative. The City shall compensate Bargaining Unit team members if on duty at their straight time hourly rate. The employee participants may be permitted to flex their work hours to accommodate attendance at negotiations.
- Negotiations Committees. Each committee may have a designated chairman. Membership of each negotiations committee shall be limited to no more than five regular members.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • Sub-Committees 15.1 The Joint Committee shall establish the membership and terms of reference for any sub-committees or sub-groups which it establishes and may dissolve such sub-committees or sub-groups. Sub-committees to which the Joint Committee delegates functions are bound by the provisions of this Agreement regulating the taking of decisions by the Joint Committee. The Joint Committee may create additional sub-committees from time to time as it sees fit.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital agrees to pay members of the Negotiating Committee for time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with the Hospital for a renewal agreement up to, but not including, arbitration.
