Cash Benefits definition

Cash Benefits means a monetary payment, in the form of a check or electronic payment, to a Settlement Class Member who elected to receive a Cash Benefit through a valid Claim Form.
Cash Benefits means the funds allocated by IOM to each Beneficiary under the Project; Data subject means an individual who can be identified directly or indirectly by reference to a specific factor or factors.
