New Depots. (a) If New Depots are required during the Term, to cater for growth above the Contract Depot capacity referred to in Clause 13.4: (i) The Operator may provide a New Depot; or (ii) TfNSW may, at its sole discretion, enter into arrangements outside of this Contract for the establishment of a New Depot.
New Depots. Should the Company open up a new depot covered by the Certification Order issued by the CLRB on July 9, 1998 and subsequently amended by Order 8140-U dated October 25, 2001 then Owner Operators presently engaged and Employees that are presently employed will be given every opportunity to fill any vacancies in the new depot before the Company engages new Owner Operators or hires new Employees. This shall be done in order of seniority and by written request subject to the applicant meeting the required qualifications.
New DepotsWhen the Employer opens any new depot or sets up operations anywhere on Vancouver Island, the Employer shall post vacancies for all positions in that new depot or operation. Employees wishing to work in the new depot or operation shall apply for the positions that are posted and the senior qualified Employee shall be selected to fill those vacancies. Company seniority from the date of hire of the applying Employee shall be used when filling vacancies in new depots, and the selection of Employees.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Distributor The Trust hereby appoints the Distributor as general distributor of shares of beneficial interest (“Series shares”) of the Trust’s WCM Funds series (the “Series”) during the term of this Agreement. The Trust reserves the right, however, to refuse at any time or times to sell any Series shares hereunder for any reason deemed adequate by the Board of Trustees of the Trust.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
