NGO "Run Ukraine" is not responsible for canceling the Event, rescheduling the event date, or changing the Event program and/or format. NGO "Run Ukraine" is responsible for the cancellation of the Event and must refund the funds received from the Participant under this Agreement within 3 (three) banking days from the moment of receipt of the claim from the Participant, only on the condition that such cancellation of the Event is due to the fault of the NGO "Run Ukraine" and is not related to the circumstances specified in this section and section 9 of this Agreement.
