No Individual Agreements. No Employee shall be required or permitted to make a written or verbal agreement with an Employer representative that may conflict with the terms of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
No Individual Agreements. The Company agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with the Union employees or owner operators, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of the agreement. Any such agreement will be null and void.
No Individual Agreements. (a) No employee shall be compelled to or allowed to enter into any individual contract or agreement with the Employer concerning the conditions of employment varying the conditions of employment herein.
(b) Notwithstanding the above, the wage rates outlined in this Agreement are minimum wage rates and they do not prevent the Employer from paying a higher wage rate.
No Individual Agreements. The Employer will not enter into individual agreement of any kind with an employee, not accept nor require any security of any kind from an employee.

No Individual Agreements. There shall be no individual agreements between the Employer and employee(s) that are contrary to the provisions of this Agreement.
No Individual Agreements. The County will not enter into any agreements or contracts with its employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. This shall not preclude a County employee, the Union and the County from entering into tri-party “Last Chance Agreements” for resolving employee disciplinary matters.
No Individual Agreements. The Employer shall neither negotiate nor make any agreement with workers unless it shall be through the duly authorized representatives of the Union.
