Non-Discrimination For Association Activities. Neither the District nor the Association will discriminate or take reprisals against any bargaining unit member with respect to his/her involvement in the Association, or initiating or processing of any grievance or complaint under this agreement.

Non-Discrimination For Association Activities. 43.2 The Company shall not interfere with, restrain or coerce the Employees covered by this Agreement because of membership in or the exercising of any rights associated with membership in the Association. The Company shall not discriminate in respect to hiring, tenure of employment or any term of employment against any employee covered by this Agreement because of membership in or lawful activity on behalf of the Association.
