Professional Association Dues. When authorized by the employee, deductions may be made for dues to professional associations when approved by the Governing Board. However, at such a time as an employee organization is recognized as the exclusive representative for any employees in the negotiating unit will only be made to the exclusive representative.

10.7.1 In addition to Section 10.7 above, the District shall pay or reimburse the annual cost of the Board of School Administrators fee. Such payment shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
