Non-Standard Installation. Non-Standard pricing applies where the survey indicates that additional build work is required for connection (duct, poles, internal cable runs etc.). A non-standard delivery timescale forecast and quotation is provided. Connection and rental charges are set out in the price list. The final service commissioning is completed via a customer appointment. The Service Provider has the option to accept or reject this additional charge and is free to cancel the order without a cancellation fee.
Non-Standard Installation. Any additional connections for more than one computer are not considered a standard installation. If you require a wireless router and/or a wireless USB adapter, either can be purchased from the technician or installer at competitive prices. Any custom work beyond the definition of a standard installation will incur additional charges. You may contact the customer service department at 1-888-92-GOBIT to inquire about possible additional charges.
Non-Standard Installation. Any installation which does not constitute a Standard Installation as defined in Section 1.45 hereof.
Non-Standard Installation. Installations of more than one hundred fifty feet (150 ft.) or which involve a hard surface or which require boring shall be provided at a rate established by the Franchisee in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. For installations more than one hundred fifty feet (150 ft.), not involving a hard surface, the first one hundred fifty feet (150 ft.) shall be at the Standard Installation rate.
Non-Standard Installation. If extra or non-standard installation work is required, We will:
(i) put Your order for the Service (as set out in the Service Order Form) on hold;
(ii) provide You with a new quotation for the additional Works required; and
(iii) provide You with 3 Business Days within which to accept or reject the quotation.
Non-Standard Installation. The installation fee schedules in Exhibit A for standard meter replacements, where an AWWA compliant water meter is currently installed. Standard in- stallations are services where the meter is accessible without dirt removal or excavation, and the shutoff valves are operating correctly. Metron will perform the meter exchanges on the Standard Installations and provide a list of the Non-Standard Installations for the Utility to address.
Non-Standard Installation. 8.1 If following receipt of Your online order and survey form We deem Your installation to be a non- standard installation, We will contact You to discuss the non-standard installation and a quotation for the non-standard installation works. To continue with this non-standard installation, You will need to make payment in accordance with the non-standard installation quotation that We will provide to You. If You do not agree to the non-standard installation quotation, We will refund You for any payments taken and terminate this Contract.
8.2 If You choose to change the installation date within less than three (3) working days’ of the agreed installation date We reserve the right to charge You an aborted installation fee of £170.
8.3 We will perform the installation with reasonable skill and care and in a good and workmanlike manner and shall comply with all relevant legislation.
Non-Standard Installation. Non-standard installation includes:
a. Ground-level installation requiring trenching, hole drilling, etc.
b. Penetrating roof mounts.
c. Pole mounts.
d. Ground mounts.
e. Roof buildups to support non-penetrating mounts, on roof structures with corrugated roofing material.
f. Use of cranes or other specialized equipment.
g. Structural surveys required to verify building or roof structure’s capability of supporting prescribed outdoor equipment.
Non-Standard Installation. If we are providing you with fibre, a non-standard installation includes the following: a where your business is more than 200m from the fibre access point on the street; or b where your router is installed at a separate location to the ONT and additional wiring is required.
Non-Standard Installation. A non-standard installation may incur additional costs and shall entail the following: -
3.2.1 Cable length between the Wireless Subscriber Unit and the Broadband Router in excess of 50 (fifty) metres;
3.2.2 Installations at sites that are in high-rise buildings; or installations that require different reticulation, mounts or site revisits;
3.2.3 Where the site is on a rental property and the landlord thereof has strict requirements to meet in order to receive approval for the installation of equipment i.e. requires renegotiation of lease in order to install the CPE or specialized installation to meet landlord approval.
